This supports safer working conditions, fair wages, and reduced environmental harm. Shells are only collected if it is empty and has no living organism.  Respecting both people and the environments allows jewelry to be worn with confidence and care. 

Free shipping within the U.S.  Costs apply when shipping outside of the country. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be shipped. Custom orders take longer. All jewelry is shipped via USPS and comes with tracking.

For returns - Contact me at oceanurth@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment with reason for return.  Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery and jewelry must be in original condition and packaging.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Sorry, I do not accept returns on custom orders

Sterling + fine silver are precious metals that naturally tarnish over time, but can easily be cleaned with a polishing cloth to restore its shine.  Avoid harsh chemicals, hottubs and abrasive cleaners.
