RETURNS

Contact me at oceanurth@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment with reason for return.  Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery and jewelry must be in original condition and packaging.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Sorry, I do not accept returns on custom orders

 

JEWELRY CARE

Sterling silver will tarnish over time, but can easily be cleaned by using a microfiber polishing cloth to restore its shine. I prefer the yellow Sunshine cloths.  Avoid chemicals because it can damage the stone/shell.
